Executive Function Coaching
Executive function coaching provides personalized strategies to improve focus, prioritize tasks, and strengthen problem-solving skills. I work with clients of all ages to develop practical systems and habits that support success, balance, and confidence. Areas of focus include self-regulation, planning, organization, time management, task initiation and prioritization, and focus/attention.
My approach is unique in that I bring a clinical lens to the work, and incorporate the effect that mental health and emotions have on executive functioning. I help clients recognize and manage emotions that can be a barrier to completing work or to using executive functioning skills effectively. Addressing these emotional barriers, such as perfectionism, anxiety, self-esteem, and dsyregulation, while learning EF skills, can help clients complete tasks and achieve their goals.​
